Alex Pass
Alex Pass is an artist from Kazakhstan. From the very beginning of his career, Alex Pass was influenced by most artistic movements and trends, such masters as Michelangelo, Salvador Dali, Leonardo da Vinci, Picasso, Van Gogh and many others.
His artistic tastes changed over time, and with the move to the United States, "Contemporary Art," in his own terms, became a real revelation. In other words, what previously seemed disgusting, scary and incomprehensible has become simple and obvious, thereby inspiring him to create his art.
Events such as war, death and fear became the main plots of his works, and such characters as "poor and homeless" became the main characters. The incarnations of these heroes in most of his works are the "Star Family." Finding inspiration in modern life as it is with all its twists and turns and passions, his art also becomes modern and takes on a form familiar to everyone.
